Shipping Policy



SHIPPING CLASSES:

BodyHealth primarily utilizes FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping services.

 

WHOLESALE ORDERS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:

Wholesale orders originate from our of warehouse located in Clearwater, Florida. Typically, these orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the creation date. If you require expedited or same-day shipping, please get in touch with your dedicated wholesale representative. Please be aware that while we strive to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee expedited shipping. Once your package has been dispatched from the BodyHealth warehouse, please allow an estimated transit time of 2-3 days for priority shipments and 4-7 days for standard shipments. It's important to note that transit times are not guaranteed and are subject to the carriers themselves.

International orders are subject to additional taxes and duty fees. These added fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Expedited shipping with FedEx Express is available for $14.95 to customers located in the contiguous United States (as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO) with orders weighing less than 15lbs.

PLEASE NOTE: Our BodyHealth offices are closed Saturday's and Sunday's, which includes our shipping department, and so we do not ship out on these days. If you place an order online on Saturday and select an expedited Shipping option, your order will not begin processing until Monday.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

All domestic orders over $250.00 are shipped free of charge as our gift to you, except for products otherwise specified.

Domestic includes all contiguous states, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For international orders, additional taxes and duty fees may apply. Responsibility for these supplementary charges rests solely with the customer. We utilize FedEx International Economy and DHL Express International for our international shipping services. Given the fluctuating nature of shipping costs, please be aware that DHL shipments may be adjusted based on live rates. Contact your dedicated Sales Representative to place an order using DHL shipping. Please allocate 3-5 business days for the processing of international deliveries. Once your international shipment has left the BodyHealth warehouse, anticipate a delivery timeframe of 5-10 business days. This timeline may vary depending on customs procedures. Our preferred choice for international shipping is FedEx and DHL due to their premium service, worldwide tracking capability, and faster delivery times. Notably, USPS First Class International only offers tracking within the originating country, with tracking becoming unavailable after departure from the United States. We are unable to provide delivery guarantees for orders shipped internationally via USPS. It's important to clarify that the international shipping charges paid to BodyHealth do not encompass duties, taxes, or other related fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. To ascertain details regarding tax, duty, VAT, etc., please establish contact with the customs or importation department in your respective country.

Please expect 5-10 business days for delivery. These shipping times do not include time spent processing in customs. We prefer to ship all international packages via FedEx and DHL because they are a premium service, with tracking available across the globe and quicker delivery times. USPS First Class International only has tracking within the country of origin, and once it leaves the United States we lose the ability to track your package. We do not guarantee delivery for orders shipped internationally via USPS.

International shipping charges paid to BodyHealth do not include the duties, taxes, or other fees incurred by the destination country. These added expenses will be at the expense of the customer. To determine tax, duty, VAT, etc., please contact the customs/importation department within your country.
