Shipping Policy
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING CLASSES:
BodyHealth primarily utilizes FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping services.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING TIMES:
Wholesale orders are shipped from our office in Dunedin, Florida and usually ship between 1-2 business days from the date the order was created. However, in some cases we are able to ship same day if the order is placed before 12pm EST.
If your order requires same-day or expedited shipping, please contact your wholesale representative, however same-day and expedited shipping are not guaaranteed.
Once your package has left the BodyHealth offices, please allow 2-3 day transit time for priority shipments and 4-7 days for standard shipments. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed and are subject to the carriers themselves.
International orders are subject to additional taxes and duty fees. These added fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 3 - EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Expedited shipping with FedEx Express is available for $14.95 to customers located in the contiguous United States (as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO) with orders weighing less than 15lbs.
PLEASE NOTE: Our BodyHealth offices are closed Saturday's and Sunday's, which includes our shipping department, and so we do not ship out on these days. If you place an order online on Saturday and select an expedited Shipping option, your order will not begin processing until Monday.
SECTION 4 - FREE SHIPPING:
All domestic orders over $250.00 are shipped free of charge as our gift to you, except for products otherwise specified.
Domestic includes all contiguous states, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO.
SECTION 5 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We use FedEx International Economy and DHL Express International. With shipping costs rising, DHL shipments are subject to change based on live rates - please contact your Sales Representative to place an order with DHL shipping.
Please expect 5-10 business days for delivery. These shipping times do not include time spent processing in customs. We prefer to ship all international packages via FedEx and DHL because they are a premium service, with tracking available across the globe and quicker delivery times. USPS First Class International only has tracking within the country of origin, and once it leaves the United States we lose the ability to track your package. We do not guarantee delivery for orders shipped internationally via USPS.
International shipping charges paid to BodyHealth do not include the duties, taxes, or other fees incurred by the destination country. These added expenses will be at the expense of the customer. To determine tax, duty, VAT, etc., please contact the customs/importation department within your country.
