Wholesale Account Policy
Wholesale Account Policy:
MAP, Branding, and Sales Compliance
This policy aims to uphold the integrity, value, and reputation of BodyHealth products by regulating online sales and advertising practices among wholesale accounts.
BodyHealth actively monitors online activity, including website listings, email campaigns, and social media mentions, to ensure compliance with this policy in every aspect.
1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Online Sales
Wholesale purchasing is strictly for licensed providers and health organizations who distribute products in person. Any online resale, whether on websites, social media, or third-party platforms, is strictly prohibited. This policy protects product integrity and pricing, and ensures customers receive guidance from qualified professionals.
Wholesale accounts are strictly prohibited from selling BodyHealth products on any online platform, including but not limited to:
- Third-party marketplaces (for example Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace)
- Social media platforms (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and all others)
- Independent or affiliate websites, including your own company store
2. Restrictions on Online Promotion and SEO
Any social media content referencing BodyHealth must follow brand guidelines and may not include pricing.
Wholesale accounts must not engage in the following activities without explicit written consent from BodyHealth's CEO:
- Online advertising or promotion of BodyHealth products
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies targeting BodyHealth brand terms
- Sponsorships or paid placements that feature BodyHealth products
3. Enforcement and Penalties
Accounts found in violation will be notified and are expected to correct the issue within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. Violations of this policy may result in the following:
- Immediate suspension of wholesale privileges on all applicable platforms
- Termination of the wholesale account on all applicable platforms
- Legal action, if necessary
4. Policy Modifications
BodyHealth reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Wholesale accounts will be notified of any changes and are expected to comply promptly as described above. All changes are effective immediately, regardless of notification to the client or receipt of that notification by the client.
5. MAP Pricing Enforcement
MAP and MSRP are identical. No product may be publicly advertised below the listed MSRP in any channel. Accounts found in violation will be notified and are expected to correct the issue within 48 hours unless otherwise specified or approved in writing by BodyHealth's CEO.
To protect the value of BodyHealth, all wholesale accounts agree to the following:
- MAP Definition: Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is the lowest price at which a product can be publicly advertised, including on websites, in emails, on social media, or in digital ads. MAP pricing is equal to the current MSRP listed on our wholesale price sheet. As an authorized account holder, you are welcome to sell at or above MAP/MSRP pricing.
- MAP Violation Consequences:
- First violation: written warning and request for correction within 48 hours, or it will be escalated to a second violation.
- Second violation: suspension of wholesale privileges for 30 days.
- Third violation: termination of wholesale account on all applicable platforms.
- Price Display Policy: MAP applies to all publicly accessible media. Wholesale accounts may offer lower prices privately, for example after login or during direct consultation, but must not advertise those prices publicly.
Please contact your sales representative for the most current price guide if you do not have one. Your price sheet can also be found in your distribution folder.
6. Branding Compliance Requirements
Brand voice and visual standards must be maintained across all marketing and educational materials. Use of outdated or off-brand designs may result in revocation of asset access.
To ensure consistency and professionalism in brand representation:
- Access to Approved Materials: wholesale accounts will be provided with access to the BodyHealth Brand Asset Library, which contains:
- High-resolution product images provided by BodyHealth
- Logos provided by BodyHealth
- Product descriptions provided by BodyHealth
- Approved marketing copy and clinical references provided by BodyHealth
- Brand Use Agreement: all wholesale partners must sign a Brand Use Agreement provided by BodyHealth acknowledging that:
- Only approved assets will be used.
- Products will not be repackaged, relabeled, or altered in any way.
- No modifications will be made to claims, ingredients, or product descriptions.

7. Audit and Monitoring
To enforce compliance:
- Monitoring: BodyHealth reserves the right to monitor online activity for pricing, SEO misuse, unauthorized listings, and branding violations.
- Random Audits: accounts may be subject to periodic audits. This includes screenshots of web stores, email campaigns, and marketing materials to verify compliance.
- Reporting Mechanism: any violations observed by other resellers or consumers can be submitted to wholesale@bodyhealth.com.
