Shipping policy
SHIPPING CLASSES:
BodyHealth primarily utilizes FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL shipping services.
WHOLESALE ORDERS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:
Wholesale orders originate from our of warehouse located in Clearwater, Florida. Typically, these orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the creation date. If you require expedited or same-day shipping, please get in touch with your dedicated wholesale representative. Please be aware that while we strive to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee expedited shipping.
Once your package has left the BodyHealth offices, please allow 2-3 day transit time for priority shipments and 4-7 days for standard shipments. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed and are subject to the carriers themselves.
International orders are subject to additional taxes and duty fees. These added fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES:
Orders addressed to a Post Office Box (PO Box) will be shipped via USPS. Please note that USPS delivery to PO Boxes can take 1 to 3 weeks.
For faster and more reliable delivery, we strongly recommend providing a physical street address at checkout whenever possible.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Expedited shipping with FedEx Express is available for $14.95 to customers located in the contiguous United States (as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO) with orders weighing less than 15lbs.
PLEASE NOTE: Our BodyHealth offices are closed Saturday's and Sunday's, which includes our shipping department, and so we do not ship out on these days. If you place an order online on Saturday and select an expedited Shipping option, your order will not begin processing until Monday.
FREE SHIPPING:
All domestic orders over $250.00 are shipped free of charge as our gift to you, except for products otherwise specified.
Effective immediately, all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a discounted flat rate of $12.95 for shipping. This policy ensures that our customers in these states receive their orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We use International carriers including DHL Express International, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide and others, providing tracking numbers upon shipment. Please note that each carrier has different tracking methods, so be sure to check their respective websites for terms and conditions.
Shipping times may vary for all carriers, so we encourage you to check the shipping estimates when selecting shipping methods at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware that shipping and customs delays for international shipments are common and beyond our control.
Our shipping fees are consolidated and include shipping, taxes and duty fees all in one. This ensures that you have no surprises with these fees and ensures that your order reaches your doorstep without being stopped at the border.
International shipping costs and duty fees are non-refundable.
